Morse telegraphy (CW) was born almost 200 years ago as a pioneer of electrical communication.
Its origins, which relied only on turning electricity on and off, have been passed down and it still survives as a typical communication mode in amateur radio today.
Reflecting the harsh environment in which it was created, it has the unique property of being “digital communication that humans can decode.” It can be perceived and understood not only by sight and hearing, but also by touch. (Reference video here=>)
Why not reconsider the excellent characteristics of Morse telegraphy? In the “+14db Project” I’d like to explore the possibility of using Morse telegraphy as an “alternative method” for deaf-blind people who normally rely on Braille and other forms of touch, as their primary means of communication.
