Tsunami alert

Today there was an earthquake off the coast of Torishima, and for the first time ever my smartphone sent me a push notification warning of a TSUNAMI.

Apparently a 50cm tsunami was observed in the Izu Islands.

If this information was to be communicated to a deaf-blind person, would it be possible to use the vibration function of the Apple watch to say in Japanese Morse code like this?

“TSUNAMI” (・ーー・ ・ー・ ・・ー・ー)   or   NAMI(・ー・ ・・ー・ー)

In an emergency, it seems a bit careless to prefix the Japanese symbol (ー・・ーーー)

Oops! Sorry, it is not universal.  After all will it be “NAMI” ? (-・ ・- ーー ・・)
